  A Pictorial History of Sedgeford
The Buck
Keith Wright has been researching his family history and gathering information and photos from relatives.

His grandparents were married in April 1914 in their home village of Colkirk near Fakenham, where Alfred`s parents ran the The Star public house.~They moved to Sedgeford to manage the Buck in the same year. Alfred was also a blacksmith and worked in the nearby forge. Four of their eight children were born in Sedgeford before they moved to Narford near Narborough and then in the mid thirties to near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk.
